So far my new year has started off well and I am very happy with how my Christmas projects turned out. However, I will be starting them earlier this year!!!!! My nephew really liked his hat, it may look big but he said it was perfect. I guess that is how the kids wear it these days. (Do I sound old or what? I'm not old I'm 27 ... I guess I'm not in touch with the youth anymore.)
I've joined in the JANUARY HAT TRICK! knitalong from the group Puck this!. I've started a hat for Mike, with the Transformer symbol on the front. This is my first attempt at colour work and I think it is too lose. I think I'm going to start it over again. And I think I had better do it on smaller needles, get a tighter stitch.
