I've been bad...

I've been really bad about posting lately. In the last few weeks I've felt a little overwhelmed at all the things Mike and I are doing. Along with the dancing stuff, see post below for video, there was the Winter Carnival, people coming to visit, and getting my 24 Hour Relay team started. I think I have a very good handle on things now though. Or I will after this weekend.

I joined the Hat of the Month group on Rav and finished my Feb hat. I will have to catch up for Jan. But am very happy with my commitment so far.

I have decided not to start any new projects, except for Hat of the Month, until I have finished everything on my needles right now. I have 4 things on the needles right now. While that doesn't seem like that much, I fear that I will never finish these if I don't force myself to now. So here is the list, in order...

1. Sweater Vest for Mike, I'm almost done the back then it is off to the front
   
2. Socks, I only have to do the toe on both...
   
3. Black Shrug, I'm redoing the sleeves and it shouldn't take that long
   

I do have a lace shawl going right now too, but it isn't the type of project I can just pick and go with. It requires a lot of concentration.

I have been thinking for a long time about making some toys for my nephew (and future nephew or niece due in June). I have this book Knitted & Felted Toys but don't know what I would make. I've also been thinking about a baby had made out of this yarn I got from a swap. Maybe something from the book Itty-Bitty Hats...
